Stir-fried crab in curry powder

A crab is a superb food but hard to take due to its shell.
The restaurant has eliminated this barrier by selecting only crab meat and
dresses up with curry powder and roasted chili paste (nam prik pao). You will
obtain a freshness from crab meat as well as spiciness from curry. This dish is
outstanding color and intense taste. (Spicy but not too hot)
